Btw- consider 5million users spending 2minutes to reboot their computer
(in order to defragment their memory).. Assuming they are being
payed $5.15/hr for that time (US minimum wage):

It wastes over 853,000 dollars..

Adding ram is a one time deal.. Rebooting is not..

Assume they do it once a week:
In a year peroid they would have wasted:
41 million dollars, and 13 lifetimes..

5.15 is prob consertive, as many linux users can make more then that..
and the 13 lifetimes is assumeing people live to be 70..

So, wasting ram will not only save lots of money but it will save lives
too.. :) That is assuming that wasting the ram will actually fix the
problem..

The ideal solution is to fix the problem and dont waste ram?
The cost would only be a few hundred thousand for people to upgrade their
kernels.. :)

[this is just to show you how silly demonstrating these sort of things
with big numbers actually is..]
