Mine crashes before suspending. It says something like:
Stoppings tasks

critical region / count pages [XXXXXXXXXXXX]

$ ls /proc/acpi
ac_adapter  battery  dsdt                 event  fan   power_resource  thermal_zone
alarm       button   embedded_controller  fadt   info  processor
