test2 releases: changes in pcmcia detection

Depending on the kernel version (test2-pre5 or pre9), the modem detection
of my pcmcia card:

socket 0: Xircom CardBus 10/100 Ethernet + 56K Modem

is assigned a different tty

kernel test2-pre5: ttyS01 at port 0x1080 (irq = 11) is a 16550A
kernel test2-pre9: ttyS04 at port 0x1080 (irq = 11) is a 16550A
                   ^^^^^^
In 2.2 releases it used to be ttyS1, in test2-pre5 it returned to that
value and now back again to ttyS04.
