oopsies on 2.4.0-test1-ac22-class + APM 3com nic fix (sortof)

While building 2.4.0-test1-ac22-class, so I could be super bleeding edge,
if you make the 3c59x part of the kernel (not a module), it OOPS's during
booting with my PCMCIA 3com nic.

Building it as a module stops the oops, but I get some nice seemingly
debug like information that seems to in no way affect the card and just
clutters up the console.

FYI -- In dealing with the APM hanging issue with 3com nics, I've found
that in windows, if you disable all power saving features, you can then
and only then suspend via the keyboard shortcut on my laptop. In linux,
for some quirky reason, if you compile with
CONFIG_APM_IGNORE_SUSPEND_BOUNCE=y in .config, it's happy as pie and does
everything you want it to -- but not via the keyboard, you have to do
it from the apm command line or it fails (no clue here). I only have one
laptop as of right now, so this is my only test machine. I fail to see how
that relates to the 3com problem, but, it seemed to help. Anyone else want
to give it a go?

P.S. if anyone wants my debug info, or oopses from inserting the card if
its build into the kernel (which btw, hardlocks the machine completly
and I do not look forward to spending time with a pen and paper :),
let me know and I'll try to get it to you.
