Understood. However, in my setup, eth0 uses IRQ7, and I'm wondering
why it is experiencing interrupts at such a high rate, and why
the interrupts aren't more well-balanced between the CPUs. It
kinda looks like there's some correlation between IRQ0 (timer)
and IRQ7 in this case, but I'm not real sure that makes sense...
