maybe, maybe not. 2.2 and early 2.3 handle the suspend nicely. mid 2.3.2x
gives me dma timeout on the HD, 2.3.3x simply loses most of the keyboard and
mouse. i can use the magic key to sync, but the other magic keys seem to
return junk.
i have an nec versa lx btw, a little different from yours.
