Re: 2.3.21 APIC error interrupts

I'm seeing this same message, but *only* on shutdown after the console
gets the message:wait while rebooting. Started with 2.3.20.
This is a dual PII-400 machine, the message occurs for both CPUs
and ESR0 is 0 and ESR1 is 0x40 for both CPUs.
