I noticed that in your announcement for 2.0.37pre9 that binutils 1.8 is
needed to build it. It this neccecery for 2.0.38 too? It does'nt say so in
Documentation/Changes, and it seems to work with binutils 2.7.0. If not,
what will go wrong?
