I saw this when trying to mount my SCSI CD-ROM after freshly booting
kernel 2.2.2:

[root@Sleepy /]# mount /mnt/cdrom
scsi0 : ncr53c8xx - revision 3.1f
scsi : 1 host.
Vendor: YAMAHA Model: CRW4260 Rev: 1.0j
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Vendor: TOSHIBA Model: CD-ROM XM-6201TA Rev: 1037
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Vendor: IOMEGA Model: ZIP 100 PLUS Rev: J.66
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Detected scsi CD-ROM sr0 at scsi0, channel 0, id 3, lun 0
Detected scsi CD-ROM sr1 at scsi0, channel 0, id 4, lun 0
sr0: scsi3-mmc drive: 6x/6x writer cd/rw xa/form2 cdda tray
bug: kernel timer added twice at d105f10d.

The mount process hung.

The value d105f10d is not within the range of addresses spanned by my
System.map.
