Whelp, came back from some Chinese food to find my machine hard-locked. I had
left my X session up, and when I came back it had that "can't repaint" look. I
tried all the kill methods including Magic-SysReq, to no avail.
I'm back in 2.1.131, and my logs (/var/log/messages) are bare. Anything else I
can look at to help?
