Woops these people was catching jiffy wrap bugs because arca-39 boot with
jiffies = -3600*HZ. So I return to think that my tree fix the mm excessive
swapout fine. arca patches will continue to boot with jiffies = -3600*HZ
because is the only way to fix everything when people tell me "no arca-39
doesn' t fix the problem, but now seems that it' s the scheduler that
doesn't work" ;).
