H.J. Lu was also responsible for putting together libc4, which was the
libc when I started using Linux.

It appears that I was using Linux 0.99.4 and libc 4.2 on the 9th February
1993, and 0.99.5 and libc 4.3 on the 17th February.

As far as original Linux distributions, my original Linux installation
was done from disks put together by H.J. Lu (boot, root and basedisks).
