Judging by that list, there's still quite a few missing versions, so
if anybody has copies of the remaining versions, I'd certainly be
interested therein...

Actually, there aren't that many missing. The Linux version number took
a jump between 0.12 to 0.95, since Linus thought 1.0 was just around the
corner. In reality, things didn't quite work that way, which is why we
started going to 3-part version number.

One obvious way of demonstrating that there isn't much time elapsed
between the 0.12 kernel and the 0.95 kernel is that they are very
similar in size (although of course the 0.95 kernel is a little bigger. :-)
