This should fix one or two of the sound oopses that came into existance
when the memory leak got fixed, puts in most of the time_[before/after]
stuff - Im seeing a funny with one bit so its out. I've also started t
update the MCA stuff from the MCA tree since I know have a working PS/2

On the 'feature' side the most relevant fun new feature is the contributed
sb16 full duplex patch I suspect. Can folks with clone SB16's especially
try this stuff to be sure it does no harm to them.
Im not sure all the time_* stuff is right - testing will find out 8)
