ipchains and CBQ

I wonder if it is possible to add to a CBQ class
the very part of the IP traffic marked by ipchains filter
with a particular mark set, say 0x01. ('ipchains -A output -m 1').

If someone knows the solution, please, give me the clue.

I am trying to do the above using "tc filter" utility from
ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/, but still no success
because of very poor help on CBQ utilities.
I would also appreciate it if someone points me to the docs
about linux CBQ administration and utilities if they are,
or if someone mails me his own experience/knowledge/examples
of running "tc filter" utility.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,
