As someone mentioned in the list when I was having my PCMCIA problems
(which by the way are now fixed, thank you very much!) when oopsen
happen, / can't be unmounted sometimes. This was my case, anyway...
I could never unmount / on shutdown which caused a fsck on restart.
Once the PCMCIA stuff was fixed and didn't oops anymore, this went
away as well.
