md utilities

Oops, time for me to update a lot of things... ;-)

sweet-smoke.ufr-info-p7.ibp.fr is now
sweet-smoke.ufr-info-p7.jussieu.fr.

md035 should still be avaible there, although I didn't looked since
months (years ?). Be aware that they are REALLY reprecated for 2.1.X.

My own adresses are now Marc.Zyngier@bull.net (work) and
maz@wild-wind.fr.eu.org (home).

I do not maintain md anymore (not enough time). Md is perfectly
maintained by Ingo Molnar, Gadi Oxman and Miguel de Icaza. They have
done a very good work so far with new RAID personalities, new userland
tools and bug fixes.

for latest userland tools.
