These options are non-standard. Worse, the FSF maintainer of the binutils
in it's infinite wisdom decieded to only maintain the texinfo documentation
but no longer the nroff man pages, so the newer features aren't documented
in the manpages anymore. Nevertheless filutils and several other packages
are shipping with the man pages included. To be fair, the man pages have
a note at their top about this fact. Yet the fact that more people,
especially Real Users (TM) don't touch the info pages with a ten feet
pole because the standard reader info(1) is in no way userfriendly stays.
