Some vga text modes are still hosed. In general anything with > 43 columns,
so 80x50 breaks, as does 80x60, etc.
I had a look at fixing this - but quickly gave up from not knowing one end
of the video stuff from the other. I was hoping for some kind of table or
something simple....
