Which nicstar driver

Hi, I am new to this list: I'd like to know which nicstar driver (frle 0.22
or the Rui Prior's one) should I use. I know the answer depends also on the
kernel version I am going to work on, but I'd like to know which driver is
going to be the more supported and developped.
