I just put
ftp.win.tue.nl:/pub/linux/util/util-linux-pre2.8.tar.gz
up for ftp.
Probably util-linux-2.8 will be released soon.
I would like to hear about any problems.

Compared with 2.7 a major change is that fdisk-2.8
works on intel, alpha and sparc.
