Damn I must be imagining my SB16 during games. Some folks get IRQ timeouts
either from the MPU bug or the IRQ 7 being eaten by parallel port problem,
the rest should be ok.

I've fixed the MPU/UART irq bug in the CVS tree version but not had time
to propogate it on yet
