RFD: Documentation & TODO

Hi,

Since the current developement of the kernel seems
to be somewhat chaotic the last time, it might be
wise if everybody documents what he/she is doing,
and what needs to be done.

Although documentation belongs in the Documentation
directory, the best place for TODO files still might
be with the source...

If enough people (and Linus) agree, I'll start
a linux/mm/TODO file so the work can be split
up and everybody knows what needs to be done and
what's being done.

So, what do you think?

Rik.
