linux-2.1.92: ethernet bridging does not compile

The ethernet bridge support in Linux 2.1.92 now
references some undefined values at which I am hesitant to guess,
like MAX_MCAST_PER_PERIOD and MCAST_HOLD_TIME. I also get a
cascade of other errors, so my suspicion is that some large section
of a patch was not integrated into 2.1.92.

This another bug would have been caught before release if my
patches for GNU-style "./configure" kernel configuration had been
integrated and used in just one test build Linus, please let me
know if you would like me to submit an updated version of that patch
against 2.1.92.
