2.1.92-1 is 50% better

I have 16MB ram. With 2.1.91 I could neither compile anything nor
use X windows with one xterm without a swapping frenzy. Now, with
2.1.92-1 I can either compile or use X, but not both. More
specifically, trying "make modules" from an xterm window led to
a 5 minute episode of swapping before my ^C was heard.
