I see them too everytime I reboot my system (so that the nfsiods get killed).
Don't know what causes them.

This is a known IPv6 problem which is caused by some design bugs, but
shouldn't cause any problems (alloc_skb() will automatically make
the allocation atomic in a interrupt, if it isn't). IPv6 currently
has many bugs that will need some time to shake out.
