smbfs 2.1.x - working!! but...

I've been testing smbfs a bit, not heavily, but I've run into a problem.
After a while (not sure how long) smbfs times out. Now, the only thing I
can do is unmount and remount to fix the problem. But before I did that,
I did a "ps ax" and the smbmount wasn't there, so obviously it wasn't able
to reconnect when it timed out. Any suggestions?

Oh and by the way, -f 5644 does not work with OSR2, but -f 3644 and -f
7644 work fine.. I forget what the difference between them is, but that
doesn't really matter I just thought you might want to know.. :)
