SMP Panic: flush tlb when not AKP, Dual PII-333MHz system

This just showed up on the console of a new dual processor Pentium II
333MHz system I am testing:

kernel: Kernel panic: CPU #0: Attempted flush tlb when not AKP(=255)

This is under 2.0.33. Ideas? Suggestions? This system is completely
available for debugging. I started looking through smp_flush_tlb but
I've no experience debugging this sort of problem.
