As someone else has already mentioned, the set6x86 program isn't the
cure-all that it seems to be. The example I saw was that the delay loop
has already been calculated at boot, so NO MATTER WHAT it will reflect the
"slower" settings of the chip, even if they are sped up later. This is
Not A Good Thing.
