More a question for the dev.scsi folks... but try "scsiinfo -i" on that
device. I'd be surprised if it didn't support command queueing. If you
machine doesn't have scsiinfo, it's on sunsite in
/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat/contrib/i386/scsiinfo-1.7-1.i386.rpm.
