linuxhq replacement (possibly)

I've got the bandwidth and a machine with cpu time to serve
out data, (and the disk space), but not the time to build a linuxhq
replacement.

If folks could respond to me directly (note the reply-to:), and
let me know if they can upload content to a website/ftp server, etc..,
I will configure it and let you folks go wild.

Let me know if you've got the time.
