Kernel 2.0.31 and beyond

Hi all,

I hope these are wise words:

1) Linus, bring out a 2.0.31 that is stable, no more no less. Take the time
for it: for desktop use, 2.0.29 and 2.0.30 are stable enough.

2) David and others, please don't let the good work for 2.0.xx get lost !
If the pressure of 2.0.31 is off, then do things like the 3c59x and
others. If things get settled, then 2.0.32 can become _THE_ ultimate
_LAST_ 2.0 kernel.

3) David: head up! Don't give up because a few $&*## people were saying bad
things. Most Linux people appreciate your hard work !

Oh. If I said something stupid, feel free to flame all your frustrations to
me. I still have a week of holiday left, so I can take some......

Keep up and running,

Bas, who uses 2.0.27....2.0.30 without too big trouble.
