Compile errors in 2.1.46

I tried to compile 2.1.46 in maximum configuration and found compile
errors in the following files.

drivers/net/ibmtr.c
drivers/isdn/isdn_common.c
drivers/isdn/isdn_ppp.c
drivers/isdn/avmb1/capi.c
fs/nfsd/nfsproc.c
fs/nfsd/nfsfh.c
fs/nfsd/vfs.c
fs/umsdos/dir.c

At this point I had enough and gave up...
