You can print out formatted HTML, just as you can print out flat text....
What I think everyone's missing is that I can only print one page
at a time, and the KHG is a multi-page linked document. I'd be forever
grateful if someone could send me a way to turn the HTML into a single
text file w/o having to print each linked page.
