The Linux unfsd has provided that for quite a while. The exports options
are something like all_squash,anon_uid=65534,anon_gid=65534. It does
work, sort of, but many clients get confused by seeing what they think are
wrong uids when they do their own access checks locally.

You can define a macro called DOSHACKS when compiling unfsd that massages
the uids returned to the client to appear `correct' when using all_squash.
