I was wondering if there has been nay major changes to the file system
routines for updating of the file system in the 2.1 series.
The reason that I ask is that when I checked the cpu usage copying to my
scsi zip drive I found that it was using 60 - 85 % of cpu.
As reading the same files takes at most 25 % this seems to be a lot.
The copy was to a vfat formated disk.
System 486 dx4/100
32 meg ram
2 ide drives run off a cmd640
advancsys pci controller
