I've seen this and I'm working on it. I've just got a couple of more
pre-2.0.30 things to check off before I get back to 2.1.X TCP tuning.

I'll try to get back to you with some patches to try in the next little
while. If I forget, bug me about it, sometimes stuff gets lost in the
maze I call mail folders. (I'm working on it, I'm working on it.
I have no idea how guys like Linus manage :-))
