I'm working on this area. here's what I have:

|- Resource Region -|- Driver --|--- Ints --|- Flags
00000000 - 00000000 : timer : 136239230 :

This is *part* of a UNIFORM approach to hardware resource management
(/proc/addresses /proc/ioports /proc/dma /proc/interrupts
will all have the same format).
