Re: reboot hangs after shutdown

Back in January a change made to the kernel caused sysvinit to
break when shutting down with the command. Init was not able to figure
out the runlevel at shutdown and was therefore forced to do a hard re-
boot obviously doing a number on the mounted filesystem. Using the ctrl-
alt-del sequence enables me to shutdown properly. I personally have no
motivation into trying locate the source of the problem because I can
live with the current behaviour.
