Telnet still not working in 1.3.64!

All,

some of you have seen my other messages about telnet not working. Well,
1.3.64 didn't fix it, I still get connections reset as soon as I telnet to
wa4mei.radio.org, but 1.3.59 with patch #6 works fine. to same host.

Just thought I would be a pest and plead for repair one more time.
