Suggestion: Include patch summary with kernel-patches

Would it be possible to include the kernel patch summary that is
posted on the linux-kernel mailing list with the patch itself,
e.g. in the Documentation directory ?

I ask because the linux-kernel messages are more often than not
arriving several days after they were posted, and lately days
have passed by without any messages at all. Although I always
read through the patch before installing it, it would be nice
to be able to read the summary immediately instead of three
days after the patch comes out.

There are also people using the patches without being on the
linux-kernel list - if the patch summary was included with
the patch, we might avoid some of the panicky postings on
the comp.os.linux.* groups about things that are described in
the summary.
