Forgot to add footnote (a) earlier. min and max_interval tuned as
below:

# cd /proc/sys/kernel/sched_domain
# for i in `find . -name min_interval`; do echo 1 > $i; done
# for i in `find . -name max_interval`; do echo 1 > $i; done
