[PATCH] fc: Fix fc.c to adhere to kernel Coding style

net: fc.c does not strictly adheres to kernel coding style.
Fix it by changing some occurences of

if
{
...;
}
else
{
...;
}

to

if {
...;
} else {
...;
}
