Is it safe for me to use gcc 2.95.2 (release, the one
that is in slack 7.1 contrib) with kernel 2.2.18? I
was just wondering because gcc 2.95.2 compiles
programs that run much faster than egcs. Are there
any known issues with 2.2.18 or higher and gcc 2.95.2?
