Start Pine, go into Setup then Configuration. Scroll down the list of
options and look for 'Quell-Folder-Internal-Msg'. Toggle it it on. Exit
and save configuration, then go to your Inbox, you will be able to see the
internal folder message. Delete it. Exit.

Now try it with mail.
