ok, my conclusion is - /usr/sbin/rpc.lockd is obsolete (why still in
nfs-utils? maybe for those who still use old 2.2.x kernels...) and the
stuff in fs/lockd/*.c just does the job, i.e. the lockd kernel thread.
Is this correct?
