2.3.99-pre8 and AX25

Tried -pre8 but it seems that I can only receive on the hamradio
port. No transmission. I'm not sure if it depends from the ax25 code
or from the serial port code, though. The tnc lights blink in a
strange way, like when the serial speed is wrong or the packet is
incomplete.

With pre6 it's fine.

Anyone have a suggestion about a test to do?
