Its ARM, running 2.2.14 with DMA cache coherency added to the 3c59x.c driver.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the card or the driver - it's
probably being caused by the hub being faster at autodetecting the 10/100
speed than the card. However, this situation means that the SIFMAP must
be implemented, otherwise its possible to get the hub/card stuck into
10Mbit mode without reboot/module reload.
