New Hardware

Hey all....this is a bit OT, but if you are free for the next 45 sec,
read on. We are looking for suggestions for hardware that would directly
benefit supercomputer class clusters under Linux. We ( the three of us )
are going to design and (hopefully) build the hardware as a senior
design project. We would also like to write drivers so that the hardware
could actually be used. We are all fairly fluent with C, Python, and the
odd Sparc assembly. Thanks for reading, and we look forward to hearing
your suggestions/flames for using the wrong forum :-).
