Apparently even this small version was large enough (> 40k) to get
rejected by linux-kernel@samba.org, so it's now posted at:

As per initial feedback, I agree that the timeout values that aren't
in relation to HZ are most likely wrong, but I wanted to do a patch
that was basically just syntax to get Linus' feedback on the Right
Way to deal with these situations so I can make a useful patch.
